Type-split variant

UMAP + every matrix at once

All six matrices on screen together at native resolution — P and P constraints carry every metacell, G every gene, β every gene pair, none of it subsampled. The picture is a PNG; the numbers ride alongside it, so hover reports the real value and not the colour ramp. Click a cell anywhere — matrix or atlas — and both of its coordinates are marked in every panel that shares an axis with it.

Objective

Every panel, train beside test

Hover any cell to read its index, its label and its value. Click to mark it: the row coordinate in orange, the column coordinate in blue. Where a panel can place both coordinates you get an open marker on that cell; where it shares only one axis with your pick — a type in P, a gene in β — you get a hairline, because there one coordinate really is a whole row or column. Nothing is filled, so the marker never covers what it points at. Dotted means derived through P's argmax rather than matched on a shared axis.
